no permission no permission no permission

I’m troubleshooting.

Right now I have a new moin machine I need to set up. It should have all the data of the old moin machine.

So, I set up moin, copied over the stuff from the openbsd box. It all runs fine when being run from moin.py. Great; no local-to-moin configuration problems.

Then I need to set it up in apache. Apache runs fine. However, when apache tries to access the moin install, I get a permissions error.

I checked the permissions on the moin folder against the permissions in the currently running moin server. Everything looks just fine; permissions are mirrored exactly.

The real difference here is that the base OS for the working machine is OpenBSD, which runs apache 1.3, and the base OS for the not working is FreeBSD with apache 2.2 installed. Apache 2.2 has more restrictive permissions by default, it seems.
